2 Treatments & visits
Most adjustments are painless and many athletes feel looser right away. You may hear a soft pop — that’s just gas releasing from the joint, totally normal.
It depends on the issue and your training load. After your first assessment we’ll lay out a clear, measurable plan — and we’re always transparent about what we recommend and why.
Usually yes — our care is built around training, not against it. We’ll tell you exactly how to adjust your session if anything needs to change.
