2 Treatments & visits
Most adjustments are painless and many patients feel relief right away. You may hear a soft ‘pop’ — that’s simply gas releasing from the joint, and it’s perfectly normal.
It varies by person and goal. After your first assessment we’ll recommend a personalized plan — and we’ll always be transparent about what we suggest and why.
Your first visit runs about 45–60 minutes including a full consultation. Follow-up visits are typically 20–30 unhurried minutes.
